The Role We’re hiring a Senior Amazon Growth Manager to own and scale our Amazon channel by leading our external advertising agency and driving high-impact performance across the business. You’ll act as the strategic owner and performance driver of core Amazon levers including revenue, margin efficiency, category growth, advertising performance, listing quality, and conversion optimization. In the current model, you’ll guide our Amazon agency by setting priorities, reviewing deliverables, and holding them accountable to brand standards and performance targets. You’ll direct paid media strategy, promotions, CRO testing, creative and listing optimization, and marketplace opportunities while monitoring key metrics, translating insights into action, and partnering across teams to keep our Amazon engine running at peak performance. Key Responsibilities Amazon Strategy and Performance - Own the Amazon business strategy across categories, launches, promotions, and long-range growth goals - Set and deliver on revenue, margin, and efficiency targets by pulling the right P&L levers Agency Leadership - Lead and manage the external Amazon advertising agency, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality execution of all paid media initiatives - Prioritize agency workload, review advertising deliverables, and hold the agency accountable to KPIs, timelines, and brand standards Capability Building - Create documentation, SOPs, and scalable systems - Hands-on execution across Amazon operations as needed to ensure continuity, accelerate progress, and deepen internal capability Advertising, Promotions, and CRO - Own CRO, listings, and marketplace operations to ensure campaigns, content, and on-site optimizations work together to drive growth - Approve PPC strategy, budget allocation, and tactical adjustments across SP, SB, and SD - Guide promotions, deals, and Subscribe and Save - Pilot new Amazon tools and emerging programs - Drive experimentation across pricing, bundling, keywords, titles, and creative to improve conversion Creative Direction and Listings - Provide strategic direction on A+ content, imagery, video, and storefront design; review agency creative work - Oversee listing creation and optimization to ensure SEO, performance, and regulatory accuracy - Step in when needed to enhance or rebuild listing components directly Customer Insights and Loyalty - Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback to identify trends and guide agency action plans - Use Amazon loyalty and remarketing tools to strengthen repeat purchase and lifetime value Analytics, Reporting, and Forecasting - Own core Amazon KPIs including ACOS, ROAS, TACoS, sales rank, and share of voice - Refine dashboards and reporting; translate insights into leadership-ready recommendations - Partner with operations on inventory planning tied to forecasts and promotions Marketplace Expansion and Innovation - Evaluate international marketplace opportunities and expansion readiness - Stay current on Amazon DSP, Amazon Live, influencer tools, and marketplace innovations; recommend high-ROI tests Qualifications Required - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field - 3-5+ years managing Amazon marketplace performance - Proven success in Amazon advertising, listings, and revenue growth - Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating KPIs, attribution, and marketplace trends - Proficiency with Seller Central, PPC tools, and analytics platforms - Experience running A/B or multivariate tests - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred - Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or e-commerce - Familiarity with Amazon DSP, Amazon Live, or influencer integrations - Strong competitive analysis and category research skills - A test-and-learn mindset with curiosity and continuous improvement What We Offer Competitive Compensation - A salary that reflects your experience and contributions, along with performance-based bonuses and a quarterly bonus plan. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $87,000 to $115,000 per year.
