This Role We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the performance, optimization, and improvement of all things related to our online presence. This role will report into the CMO. The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter, detail-oriented, loves numbers and data, and is excited to solve problems and build new, fresh experiences. You combine creativity with a strong understanding of analytics and numbers, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. Your Future Responsibilities - Grow and optimize key site metrics for www.thisisaday.com. - Analyze user behavior via data/analytics and develop A/B testing hypotheses and plans to validate and evaluate site performance, improving conversion rates. - Manage the website development pipeline to develop and implement engaging site experiences, both in the US and international markets. - Act as the main point of contact for the website development team and other site-related systems. - Manage the functionality and overall quality of Aday’s website, ensuring a seamless experience and quick resolution of issues. - Identify new technologies or partners to accelerate growth. - Work closely with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of online marketing activities throughout the year, including product launches and campaigns. - Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to continually identify ways to improve our user experience. Who are you? - You probably have 2-5+ years experience at a startup or in a fast-paced e-commerce business. - You’re analytical; you turn data into actionable insights. - You have strong attention to detail with a (maybe obsessive) commitment to accuracy and precision. - You’re curious, solution-oriented and a creative problem solver; you’re excited by a challenge and comfortable and energized by uncharted territory. - You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; you are able to pivot when things don't go as planned; you are used to working with limited resources both human and capital. - You're a self starter that is resourceful and able to act autonomously, with no fear of getting your hands dirty; you’re eager to learn and take on new projects. - You're a strong communicator; from engineers to executives, you know how to talk and how to listen in remote, in-person, and written environments. - You may be familiar with SQL, APIs, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other e-commerce softwares. - You’re ready to build something new and be a core member of a small (but growing) and dedicated team. - You’re willing to travel 1-2 times per year (2 weeks maximum). A Few More Details - Target annual base salary range: $80,000-120,000 (depending on experience and location) - Bonus eligible - Equity compensation eligible - Medical and life insurance - 401K match - Unlimited PTO - Flexibility to work from anywhere - Generous Aday credit allowance - Work from home stipend Aday is a direct-to-consumer brand with the aim to lift the standard for clothing through great design + a better supply chain. We’re a team of optimists (currently working remotely around the globe) and we’re dedicated to making positive changes in the world around us. We’re also pretty fun (if we do say so ourselves), and we strive to make each day interesting, challenging and rewarding. We’ve raised over $10m in venture capital and were named one of the Most Innovative Companies in the World by Fast Company. You can read more about us in places like Fast Company, Vogue, Refinery29 + Conde Nast Traveler (and many more). Why Aday? - We’re committed to building each other up, being there for our teammates, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards and values. For us, these are non-negotiable :) - We believe in flexibility and accountability. We encourage our teammates to manage their own schedules (an early bird working at 6am is just as awesome as a night owl working at 10pm—you get to choose), and to take time off whenever needed (we’ll share our favorite travel tips and adventures, too). We like to work hard and relax hard. - We are excited about the future of Aday and the future of each of our teammates. We are passionate about personal growth and we’re here to support each person in their journey, no matter what that looks like. - We know that diversity is what makes us great. We’re committed to diversity in all areas, and we believe that every person on our team has an important point of view that deserves to be heard, no matter the role or seniority.

This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll build the QA program that safeguards conversion, data integrity, accessibility, and performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Growth, Lifecycle, Design, and CX to help Dose ship fast without breaking checkout, analytics, or the customer experience. You’ll be accountable for: - Zero critical conversion defects reaching production. - Analytics event accuracy and data integrity (≥ 99%). - Performance and accessibility SLAs (Core Web Vitals “Good” rates; WCAG 2.2 AA compliance). - Reliable, on-time releases with automated regression coverage. - Rapid incident detection, clear communication, and closed-loop corrective action. What You’ll Do Quality Systems & Release Management - Define and run the end-to-end QA lifecycle — requirements → test plans → automation → UAT → production verification. - Establish go/no-go criteria for every release and maintain a stable staging environment. - Own regression suites for storefront, checkout, account, subscription, and CMS flows. Test Engineering & Automation - Build and maintain automated tests (Playwright, Cypress) across critical paths and devices; integrate with CI/CD pipelines. - Create synthetic test data (users, orders, subscriptions) and mock external services as needed. Analytics, Tagging & Experiment QA - Govern the data layer spec and validate events across GA4, server-side tagging, and consent states. - Manage pixels and tags (Klaviyo, Braze, Meta, Google, RMNs) for accuracy and privacy compliance (CMP, TCPA, GDPR/CCPA). - QA A/B tests and feature flags (Eppo, Optimizely) for bucketing, exposures, and conversions. Content, Merchandising & SEO QA - Pre-flight new products, promotions, and campaigns for pricing, tax, shipping, and inventory accuracy. - Validate structured data, canonicalization, and sitemap health to maintain SEO integrity. Performance, Accessibility & Security - Monitor Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and enforce Lighthouse and performance budgets. - Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance (keyboard navigation, color contrast, alt text). - Validate payment flows (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards) and maintain PCI awareness. Monitoring, Incidents & Continuous Improvement - Implement real-time monitoring (Sentry, uptime, log alerts) and post-release verifications. - Lead incident triage and root-cause analyses; drive corrective/preventive actions. - Maintain QA dashboards tracking defects, MTTR, and test coverage. Integrations & Ecosystem QA - QA integrations across Shopify Plus, subscriptions (Recharge or similar), reviews (Okendo), search/recommendations, ESP/SMS, and reverse-ETL pipelines. - Validate ERP/3PL hooks that impact inventory, pricing, and delivery promises. What You’ll Bring - 5–8 years in e-commerce QA or QA leadership, including automation for high-traffic storefronts. - Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus (or similar), checkout/payment stacks, and subscription platforms. - Deep knowledge of GA4, server-side tagging, data layers, and pixels. - Proficiency with Playwright/Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, and defect tracking (Jira, Linear). - Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, WCAG 2.2 AA, technical SEO, and performance tuning. - Clear, concise communicator who can translate defects into business impact and drive prioritization. - Bonus: SQL, API testing (Postman), schema/contract testing, and retail media network experience. Why You’ll Love Working Here At Dose, you’ll set the quality bar for one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S. You’ll protect what matters most — the customer experience — while building a modern, scalable QA program from the ground up.
