• Source mid to senior-level professionals for permanent and contract placements in the UK. • Engage in structured candidate outreach using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases. • Qualify candidates through in-depth screening conversations. • Collaborate with UK-based recruiters to understand complex job briefs and talent requirements. • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and strong relationship management.

• Proactively source candidates for technical roles using multiple channels. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach and meaningful conversations about opportunities at Nagarro. • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to align on profiles, sourcing strategies, and market insights. • Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the Applicant Tracking System. • Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives when needed.
