• Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and cultivating client relationships across the Bay Area. • Partner with hiring managers to deliver top-tier accounting and finance talent (Senior Accountant through VP level). • Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement. • Leverage your local network, and build new connections, through LinkedIn, our ATS, events, and referrals. • Collaborate closely with teammates and leadership to share market insights, celebrate wins, and continuously improve. • Exceed monthly and quarterly goals, focusing on long-term partnerships and high-quality results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s highly preferred; Accounting, Finance, or Business major preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of recruiting or business development experience, ideally within the Bay Area market.
- Established network of Bay Area accounting and finance professionals and strong understanding of local hiring dynamics.
- Proven success building lasting relationships and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a sense of humor, we value both hustle and heart.
