What is the Role At Elastic, our ecosystem of partners is central to how we grow. Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and services partners play a key role in bringing Elastic solutions to market, supporting customer adoption, and delivering services-led outcomes. We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner marketing efforts aligned to our GSI and services partners. This role is responsible for planning and delivering partner-specific marketing initiatives that reflect shared priorities, joint solutions, and agreed go-to-market motions. What You Will Be Doing Own Joint Marketing Plans - Develop and manage joint marketing plans with assigned partners. - Translate partner business objectives, solution priorities, and GTM motions into clear marketing initiatives. - Ensure alignment between partner plans and Elastic’s broader ecosystem and field priorities. Implement Partner-Specific Initiatives - Lead execution of partner-aligned campaigns, events, and activations defined in joint plans. - Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and inputs across internal teams and partners. - Adapt execution based on partner needs, regional priorities, and business context. Collaboration - Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners. - Work closely with Alliances, Sales, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to align plans and execution. - Build strong working relationships with partner marketing counterparts. Support Partner-Led GTM Motions - Collaborate with partners to position Elastic within joint solutions, services offerings, and customer engagements. - Support partner-hosted or partner-led activities that take Elastic solutions to market. - Ensure Elastic messaging is consistently represented in partner-facing activities. Measure & Refine - Track performance against joint marketing plans, including engagement and pipeline contribution. - Use insights from execution and partner feedback to refine future plans. - Share results and recommendations with leadership. What You Bring - 5+ years of proven experience in marketing programs, partner marketing, or campaign execution - Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder marketing activities - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. - Experience working within defined processes - Demonstrated attention to detail when supporting budgets, contracts, and purchase orders - Availability for occasional travel as needed Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below. These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.
