Sr. Solutions Manager, whose primary role will be to lead Solutions engagements to ensure the right application of material handling technologies & equipment for our clients. This role contributes to enabling KPI’s success by elevating our client-facing skills, our ability to quickly come to the correct solution for the client, driving Sales win % by evaluating company’s key performance metrics, increasing communication across internal business units and optimizing the economics of KPI’s business. Key Responsibilities while driving a cross functional team and continuing to build a quality first solution: ➢ Lead & Mentor capabilities of Solution Managers and Solution Engineers to improve design and ideation of client solutions (No direct reports). ➢ Support training and quality reviews for traditional MHE technologies, Sortation, conveyance, case storage & AMR/AGV (GTP/Move) applications. ➢ Strong understanding of controls application, capabilities & use in system designs. ➢ Develop ROI strategies for applied material handling solutions. ➢ Analyze client’s business down to the DNA level from their available data and understand the design criteria necessary to provide an intelligent material handling solutions for their needs. ➢ Apply results of data analysis and understanding of our client’s business to develop efficient processes, including layouts, workstations, and traditional material handling systems that bolt on to a base MHE and AMR/AGV (GTP/Move) technical application. ➢ Develop capital plans involving appropriate traditional MHE equipment, AMR/AGV (move and GTP), etc. including scheduling, resource planning and budgeting. ➢ Develop KPI-focused applications and technologies to increase throughput, efficiency, and revenue. ➢ Work closely with a client’s leadership and/or operations team to help provide solutions to increase productivity and accuracy. The communication and presentation of these solutions are a critical aspect of this role. ➢ Serve as subject matter expert for engineering related areas such as ergonomics, MOST rate analysis, best practices and operator safety in traditional MHE, AMR/AGV & GTP technical application. ➢ Work closely with Supply Chain Services Leadership and Client Account Executives to ensure Solutions team designs are aligned to client’s goals. ➢ Conduct WMS and WES software comparisons and present results to clients as part of their design solutions.

• Support programme delivery environments within Canvas LMS, including course configuration, platform administration, and technical support for learning delivery teams. • Collaborate with programme and delivery teams to troubleshoot platform issues and maintain reliable learning environments. • Contribute to improving operational processes related to learner access, platform configuration, and delivery workflows. • Design and support integrations between Canvas LMS and other operational platforms such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, Circle, Freshdesk, and Zoom. • Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve system connectivity and data flow between platforms. • Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of system integrations and platform dependencies. • Design and implement automation workflows that reduce manual processes across learning technology operations. • Support the development of integrations using APIs, scripting, or automation tools where appropriate. • Support the maintenance of clean and consistent data structures across platforms, including metadata and naming conventions. • Document technical processes, integrations, and system workflows used across the learning technology ecosystem.

• Configure and document the end-to-end solution using the XTEL SaaS platform to meet customer business and technical requirements, ensuring scalability and security. • Lead and guide technical & business teams across multiple projects, effectively working within the broader team and optimizing use of people and resources. • Provide expertise in the XTEL solution, clearly articulating configuration options and benefits to client business processes, leading discussions on RGM with client business teams and tying these back to data, driving clients in key configuration decisions in order to maximize business value from our platform. • Conduct workshops with client teams to gather, formalize, and challenge requirements, translating them into clear functional blueprints and configuration specifications, and ensure system configurations and integrations meet client requirements while minimizing customization. • Implement and configure the XTEL SaaS solution to address client needs in close collaboration with technical teams, ensuring smooth handover of functional requirements. • Conduct gap analysis on client requirements versus standard XTEL platform capabilities, recommending and implementing configuration options or closure strategies. • Facilitate the creation of test scripts, and drive both systems integration and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality. • Provide technical governance and assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle, identifying and mitigating business and technical risks associated with solution configuration and implementation. • Act as a key communication bridge between client and product teams, providing actionable feedback to support continuous improvement. • Deep-dive into key strategic projects and initiatives, helping the team to tackle new challenges and increase operational efficiency. • Ensure timely data availability, structure, and enrichment for implementation projects, with a focus on data quality and actionable insights. • Advise on data structures, baseline definitions, and the translation of business requirements into technical and functional specifications. • Maintain clear project documentation and ensure all deliverables are met with high quality and efficiency. • Actively coach and mentor team members, sharing expertise and supporting skill development across the team.
