Learning Technology Solutions Architect

• Support programme delivery environments within Canvas LMS, including course configuration, platform administration, and technical support for learning delivery teams. • Collaborate with programme and delivery teams to troubleshoot platform issues and maintain reliable learning environments. • Contribute to improving operational processes related to learner access, platform configuration, and delivery workflows. • Design and support integrations between Canvas LMS and other operational platforms such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, Circle, Freshdesk, and Zoom. • Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve system connectivity and data flow between platforms. • Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of system integrations and platform dependencies. • Design and implement automation workflows that reduce manual processes across learning technology operations. • Support the development of integrations using APIs, scripting, or automation tools where appropriate. • Support the maintenance of clean and consistent data structures across platforms, including metadata and naming conventions. • Document technical processes, integrations, and system workflows used across the learning technology ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with Learning Management Systems, preferably Canvas LMS.
- Experience supporting digital learning platforms or online programme delivery environments.
- Experience working across multiple SaaS platforms and integrated systems.
- Ability to analyse operational workflows and propose technical improvements that improve efficiency or reliability.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for maintaining and configuring LMS environments.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues across integrated platforms or systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or system integrations.
- Strong systems thinking mindset with the ability to understand how learning platforms interact with operational tools.
- Experience supporting or implementing automation workflows or system integrations.
- Ability to document technical workflows, integrations, and system processes clearly.
- Exposure to automation platforms, AI tools, or data systems is advantageous.
- Experience working in EdTech or digital learning environments is beneficial.

Role Description As a NetSuite Solutions Architect, you will focus on solving problems and presenting NetSuite ERP solutions to help drive a customer’s profitability and success. The successful candidate will be required to have a strong manufacturing operations background and be able to quickly identify process improvement opportunities that will be presented to the customer using technology solutions. What you will be doing: - Engage prospective customers, develop their system requirements, and feasibly design solutions and price services. - Demonstrate industry and NetSuite-specific expertise in the pre-sales process, delivering demos regularly that drive prospect conversion to customer. - Partner with sales to develop maximum value offerings for prospective customers tailored to their business needs. - Partner with service delivery to ensure effective requirements/design knowledge transfer after sale. - Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor sales resources to cultivate their NetSuite knowledge and consulting/delivery talent to hone their manufacturing industry knowledge. - Cultivate further subject matter expertise through regular learning opportunities and a personalized learning plan. - Achieve and exceed quarterly KPI targets.
