• Lead iManage implementation projects from inception to completion for diverse clients, including the implementation of new iManage systems, migration of documents from other systems, and iManage cloud-to-cloud migrations. • Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored implementation strategies. • Provide expert consultation on best practices for document management and workflow optimization using iManage. • Configure and customize iManage solutions to meet specific client requirements. • Collaborate with clients' IT teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during the implementation process. • Create detailed project documentation, including requirements, configurations, and training materials. • Act as a liaison between clients and iManage support teams when necessary. • Stay updated on iManage product developments and industry trends.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on iManage implementations.
- Proven track record of successful iManage Cloud deployments, particularly in legal and professional services environments.
- Strong understanding of document management systems, workflow processes, and information governance.
- Provide technical expertise on iManage products, including Security Policy Manager and RAVN.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with legal industry processes and terminology.

Description ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports the Office of Naval Research (ONR). The High Performance Computing Specialist will provide support to ONR Program Officers who lead the Navy’s High Performance Computing Program. The selected candidate will assist with managing user access and resource allocation for ONR High Performance Computing systems. Responsibilities include supporting the user community of scientists and engineers who rely on Navy High Performance Computing resources to conduct research and development activities supporting Navy science and technology priorities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing user access, computational resource allocation, and coordination with ONR security personnel to ensure compliance with system access requirements.
