Purpose: Postman Law is seeking an Intake Attorney Manager to oversee and lead the attorneys in our intake department. This role is focused on supervising intake attorneys, ensuring potential cases meet firm criteria, assisting with client escalations, and speaking with prospective clients when attorney involvement is needed to help finalize representation. The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney with strong leadership and client communication skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced intake environment and helping convert qualified leads into signed clients. This is a full-time, remote position; candidates near our Lake Mary, Florida, office are preferred. Compensation for the role will be an annual base salary of $120,000 to $160,000, depending on experience; plus the role is eligible for a year-end discretionary performance bonus and benefits. • Perform substantive legal research, draft legal memos, and prepare other internal legal documentation; • Support IP procurement, maintenance, and enforcement activities; • Assist with contract review and document collection. • Assist with corporate entity maintenance. • Conduct assessment of data privacy laws and regulations to help support privacy compliance; • Assist with analyzing emerging legal and business issues; • Coordinate projects and communications among various internal business units; • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the company's operations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders; • Attend meetings with outside counsel to gain exposure to legal strategy and professional legal communication; • Collaborate with other legal team members on various projects and initiatives as needed.
