• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for Commerce's Salesforce org — covering Apex unit tests, UI automation, API testing, and end-to-end regression suites. • Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and SFDX-based deployment workflows, ensuring quality gates are enforced on every deployment to production. • Define and own test strategy across the SDLC — from story acceptance criteria and test plan authorship through execution, defect triage, and sign-off. • Investigate defects systematically: reproduce, isolate, categorize by impact, and produce minimum viable test cases that prevent recurrence. • Identify test coverage gaps across Apex classes, flows, integrations, and UI — and close them proactively rather than reactively. • Build and maintain test data management strategies that support reliable, repeatable test execution across sandbox environments. • Partner with developers on code reviews with a quality lens — flagging testability concerns, missing coverage, and brittle patterns before they reach production. • Own and evolve the team's quality dashboard, surfacing coverage metrics, defect trends, error rates, and deployment health to the broader team. • Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to story refinement, and advocate for acceptance criteria that are specific enough to test. • Champion a culture of quality — not as a gate at the end of the process, but as a shared responsibility built into every stage of delivery.

Our purpose is to help businesses confidently solve complex commerce challenges so they can build smarter, adapt faster, and grow on their own terms. If you want to be part of a team of bold builders, sharp thinkers, and technical trailblazers who shape the future of commerce, this is the place for you. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps, serving as a strategic partner to the go-to-market organization while ensuring deal integrity, commercial compliance, and operational efficiency across the entire quote-to-cash lifecycle. We are looking for someone that can earn the trust of both Sales and cross-functional partners. Sales sees them as someone who will fight to get the deal done; Legal, FinOps, and Finance trust them to know the playbooks well enough to approve on their behalf — reducing friction without increasing risk. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in deal structuring and contract operations within a SaaS environment, paired with the leadership capability to build and develop a high-performing team. What You'll Do Deal Desk Leadership - Serve as the primary point of escalation and approval for non-standard deal structures, pricing exceptions, discounting, and commercial terms across all segments and regions. - Partner with Sales, Sales Leadership, and Finance to structure complex, multi-product, and multi-year deals that maximize revenue while maintaining commercial controls - Develop and enforce deal desk policies, approval workflows, and discount guardrails to ensure consistency and protect margin - Drive deal velocity by managing SLAs, removing friction from the approval process, and proactively flagging risk or opportunity across the pipeline - Build and maintain deal desk playbooks, pricing matrices, and escalation frameworks used across the revenue organization. Contract Management - Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process, from initial redlines through execution, renewal, and archiving - Maintain and continuously improve the standard contract playbook, fallback positions, and pre-approved clause libraries in partnership with Legal - Oversee contract repository hygiene and ensure data accuracy within the CLM system; identify and implement tooling improvements to increase efficiency - Partner with Legal on non-standard or high-risk contractual terms, ensuring proper escalation paths and timely resolution - Track contract key dates (renewals, terminations, obligations) and proactively surface risk or opportunity to Sales and Finance leadership Cross-Functional Partnership & Operations - Act as a trusted advisor to Sales on deal strategy, structuring options, and commercial risk — translating complex policy into actionable guidance. - Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and Billing to ensure seamless handoffs from signed contract to revenue recognition and invoicing - Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security to ensure contracts meet regulatory, data privacy, and company risk standards - Drive alignment between Sales and Finance on revenue recognition implications of deal structures in accordance with ASC 606 - Contribute to executive level reporting on deal desk metrics, contract compliance, and commercial health Team Leadership & Process Excellence - Recruit, lead, manage, and develop a team of Deal Desk Analysts and Contract Managers. - Set clear expectations for performance, establish team OKRs, and create development paths for individual contributors - Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and tooling enhancements across both functions - Build scalable processes that support the company's growth trajectory across new segments, geographies, and product lines Who You Are - Deeply service-oriented; approaches every interaction with Sales as a partner, not a gatekeeper, focused on finding a path to "yes" while maintaining commercial integrity - Holds themselves and their team to a high standard of ownership — sets clear expectations, follows through on commitments, and creates a culture where accountability is the norm, not the exception - 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue or Financial Operations, Contract Management, or a related commercial operations function within a B2B SaaS or technology company - 5+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams - Deep familiarity with SaaS commercial models, including subscription pricing, multi-year deals, usage-based structures, and enterprise licensing - Experience working with CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad, Conga, DocuSign CLM) and CRM platforms (Salesforce required) - Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) and their practical application to deal structuring - Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders including Sales leadership, Finance, and Legal without direct authority - Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to operate strategically and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex commercial or legal concepts for non-expert audiences - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field required; MBA or JD a plus - Thrives in a high-growth, dynamic environment and comfortable operating with ambiguity while building structure Compensation Transparency The national base salary range for this role is posted above in this job post. Commerce is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to support the Feedonomics platform and drive the evolution of the platform in the agentic era of commerce. This role owns two interconnected strategic pillars: expanding and maturing our API surface area to enable integration with services and AI-powered workflows at scale; and building a next-generation in-platform AI assistant that allows operators to take catalog and channel actions through natural language. The ideal candidate combines deep e-commerce domain knowledge with a strong technical orientation and a genuine interest in how AI agents, MCP servers, and CLI tooling are reshaping how software is built and operated. This role may also carry ownership over additional product areas that make up the Feedonomics solution offering. As a Commerce brand, Feedonomics is a leading product feed management platform that helps brands, retailers, and agencies list and optimize products across top ecommerce channels worldwide. Feedonomics manages everything from onboarding to ongoing feed optimization, enabling our clients to scale faster with less effort. Feedonomics has earned a strong reputation for a full-service model and powerful technology—all rooted in a commitment to excellence. You don’t need to have shipped an MCP server, but you understand what they are and why they matter - Understanding of the agent harness and orchestration layer — how frameworks wrap LLMs with memory, tools, and execution loops, and why that matters for how external agents will discover and invoke Feedonomics capabilities. You've used AI agents with tool/function calling to complete real workflows - Comfort working with REST APIs, reading API documentation, and reasoning about developer ergonomics and integration patterns Skills & Mindset - You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for customer-centric innovation and a sense of urgency - You get excited about tackling big, complicated, and often ambiguous problems — and you bring structure to them - You understand that changing user behavior is harder than building features, and you design accordingly - You think about APIs as products with two audiences: the developer reading the docs and the AI agent reasoning about the schema. You optimize for both - You are a powerful cross-functional influencer — people like working with you even when they disagree with you - You possess strong UX instincts and drive the design vision - You ask “Why did they build it that way?” and “What would happen if…?” You love trying new things - You have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences - You have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans Work Where You Thrive This is a hybrid role.
