• Triage and manage intake for legal review requests; gather context, clarify business needs, and route work appropriately • Draft, review, and negotiate routine agreements, including NDAs and other standard commercial documents (e.g., customer, partner, and procurement agreements) • Lead and manage large, multi-workstream legal projects involving multiple attorneys, cross-functional teams, and external parties • Develop and maintain repositories of legal responses, templates, playbooks, and other legal resources for use across the organization • Assist attorneys with litigation-related tasks including document management, discovery support, and coordination with outside counsel

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1–4+ years in a paralegal, legal analyst, legal operations, contracts support, or similar role (law firm or in-house)
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing, etc)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with contract tooling and e-signature platforms is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, IronClad, DocuSign, etc.)
  • Sound judgment and discretion handling sensitive/confidential information
