What you’ll do on a typical day: - Lead the development of effective growth strategies - Develop and improved onboarding training program for new employees - Drive new account growth through effective solutions development - Ensure contractual compliance and that customer obligations are met - Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities - Manage account-driven initiatives, including accounts receivable collections, working capital and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) - Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals are attained at each client engagement; ensure KPIs are meaningful, aligned and achieved regularly - Sustain Lean culture; promote a diverse work environment focused on the continuous improvement of processes - Establish goals, plans and related metrics; track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you’ll need: - 5 years of project management experience - Proven logistics industry/supply chain management knowledge and experience It’d be great if you also have: - Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree in a related field - Six Sigma, Kaizen or process improvement certifications - Superior knowledge of vertical supply chain - Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, make trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with technical employees - Ability to develop insightful, value-added and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding drivers of those results; able to produce unambiguous, comprehensive and accurate interpretations - Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains. This is a full-time, benefits eligible, grant funded opportunity. Current funding will expire on July 31, 2031. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day site recruitment, site consultation, and project management of activities for the Target: Aortic Stenosis Initiative. This person will identify, build, nurture, and maintain relationships to recruit participating sites to achieve program goals. Building on established relationships with hospitals and health systems, this role will provide in-depth process and quality improvement consultation including individual site support, facilitation of educational opportunities, intervention tracking, and process mapping. Oversee contracting process. Coordinate efforts among hospitals and hospital systems on project goals and objectives, including quality improvement and research. - Serve as main account manager of recruited sites. Onboard, handle and consult participating sites on site-level and system-level evidence-based metrics, aiming to support improved clinical care and outcomes. Facilitate sites applying pilot and established interoperability between originating source data to the Target: Aortic Stenosis Registry, when needed. - Establish and conduct data monitoring activities within registry tool. This position will continually review site and registry-wide data for quality, completeness, and quality improvement-related opportunities. Address any data inconsistencies within Get with The Guidelines appropriately and in a timely manner, including measure and data collection revisions. - Develop and deliver site and program-wide targeted education and training materials, applying collected insights. - Identify, build, cultivate and handle key high-level partner and customer relationships to achieve program goals.
