Senior Manager, Field Service

Danaher Corporation

• Responsible for directing and leading the field service organization for the Southeast Region • Responsible for all field service resources and service delivery • Regularly visit clients to maintain customer network and develop new relationships • Lead a team of Field Service Engineers and Supervisors • Drive P&L and operational performance • Manage and resolve high-pressure customer issues • Deliver impact at the North America Commercial Organization (NACO) level

Job Requirements

  • Reside in Atlanta, GA area
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 14+ years OR Master’s Degree with 12+ years’ proven experience in customer support role interfacing with senior customer management personnel or related experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in people management (direct reports)
  • Knowledge of customer relationships and customer satisfaction methodologies
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry
  • Travel Requirements: This position requires flying and/or driving travel, which may potentially include up to 60% overnight stays. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international
