Regional Account Manager – Facilities Supplies
Ferguson
• Acquire and develop regional customer base • Build relationships with key customers and GPO account managers • Sign contracts with corporate entities including management companies and ownership groups • Partner with strategic accounts and maintain effective long-term relationships • Build and implement sales plans with Field Directors, SSMs, BDMs and TMs • Provide feedback, reporting and sales opportunities to the field sales management team • Review and assess integration and simplification of sales and customer service systems and processes • Implement detailed account analysis, quarterly customer business reviews and evaluation of customer needs • Develop relationships with key vendors • Organize and participate in trade shows, customer activities, and assisted living organizations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Sales Management experience and/or extensive sales experience calling on the Senior Living industry
- Proven track record of attaining maximum sales results through successful interaction with established customers and new prospects
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time
