Role Description The Bid & Contract Proposal Analyst is a specialized, dual-focus role responsible for the full lifecycle of the proposal process. This position is uniquely split 50/50 between pre-award bid development and post-award contract review and management. You will analyze bid opportunities while simultaneously ensuring that awarded contracts remain compliant with legal and financial requirements. This role requires a professional who can "hit the ground running" with a strong background in contract orientation and procurement. Qualifications - Analyze RFPs, ITTs, and bid documents to identify technical and evaluation criteria. - Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather necessary inputs for competitive responses. - Develop bid schedules and maintain a database of templates and historical submissions to ensure timely delivery. Requirements - Conduct detailed post-award reviews to ensure all contractual obligations align with the initial bid submission. - Monitor contract compliance, identifying potential risks or deviations from agreed-upon terms. - Coordinate with legal and finance departments to manage contract renewals, amendments, and close-outs. - Maintain accurate records of all executed contracts and performance metrics.
