• Collaborating with clients and internal team members to complete the project deliverables and implementation needs. • Assessing current state workflow and work with implementation team to validate proposed future state fits with overall project objectives. • Leading and working interactively with clients and team members to configure, test and validate the application environment. • Leading issue resolution: communicating with client and internal teams on issue resolution and configuration change, tracking and documenting issues encountered. • Performing problem isolation/analysis of issues, partner with support and escalations team in root cause analysis and troubleshooting. • Training system administrators and end users • Leading testing and go-live support. • Interacting with customer's team on issue resolution and configuration changes. • Keeping up to date with all new features, functions, business issues and implementation options. • Contributing to the evolutionary growth of implementation infrastructure by developing and/or updating material, tools and programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 6 years of experience
- Minimum of three (3) combined years direct experience with support of software and/or implementation of software (preferably in a healthcare setting)
- Minimum of two (2) combined years of working knowledge of hospital and/or professional healthcare coding workflow
- Minimum of two (2) year' experience in a client facing implementation role
- Ability to travel
- Government background check completed or in process for a position of T3 Public Trust

At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $144,000 - $158,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.
