Lease Admin Manager – JLL What this job involves: The Lease Administrator plays a vital role in managing JLL's accounts receivable lease portfolio, ensuring accurate lease data management and exceptional client service. This position directly contributes to JLL's operational excellence by maintaining precise lease records, interpreting complex commercial real estate agreements, and supporting clients with timely lease analysis and reporting. You will serve as a critical link between lease documentation and actionable business intelligence, helping clients make informed real estate decisions while upholding JLL's commitment to quality and accuracy. What your day-to-day will look like: - Manage the accounts receivable lease portfolio, tracking and distributing monthly rent statements while overseeing the entire account receivable process. - Abstract and interpret complex commercial real estate leases, amendments, and subleases to extract critical data points. - Prepare detailed lease abstracts and edit them for accuracy before completing data entry into project management databases and other required systems. - Maintain comprehensive lease record keeping by entering new agreements, updating existing records, and ensuring all client lease files contain current and accurate information. - Research and gather lease data to assist in resolving critical client issues, providing lease analysis and interpretation as requested. - Prepare and distribute periodic reports in a timely and accurate manner, running standard reports for management review. - Maintain an ongoing scheduled reminder system for tracking important dates, tasks, and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Required Qualifications: - Two to three years of real estate industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of lease administration. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong ability to effectively plan and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be clear, direct, and concise. - Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact professionally with both external and internal clients. - Self-starter mentality who takes full ownership of responsibilities and demonstrates proactive problem-solving. - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while keeping appropriate parties informed of relevant information. Preferred Qualifications: - Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Real Estate, or related field. - Experience providing informal assistance, technical guidance, or portfolio-specific training to coworkers. - Demonstrated proactive focus on meeting client requirements in a timely and efficient manner. - Experience working both as an effective team player and independently with minimal supervision. - Desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment. Estimated compensation for this position: 75,000.00 – 82,500.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
