• Working closely with company and project executives, internal business partners, and the finance and accounting team to lead project-level financial, operating, and performance analysis • The primary driver of project-level financial operations and analysis, including client invoicing, preparing estimates-at-completion (EACs), financial planning and analysis (FP&A), project control, financial reporting and modeling, and decision support for a portfolio of projects • Contributing to project-level financial operations, project control activities, company-level reporting, and developing project and portfolio-level insights • Delivering the highest quality internal support and solutions to cross-functional teams in a fast-growing company • Building trust and confidence in all interactions, elevating colleagues, taking pride in strong attention to detail, and enjoy solving challenging problems alongside internal colleagues and external teammates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably with growing professional services companies
- Must have experience in billing and invoicing
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, in person, and via electronic mediums
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, management, employees, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret policy, regulations, and directives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, macros), Google Sheets, pricing software, and financial analysis tools
- Strong budgeting and reporting skills and a solid understanding of cash flow management
- Analytic and modeling skills and familiarity with income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
- Experience performing financial management and reviewing work products for correctness, quality, and completeness
- Experience tracking, monitoring, reporting, standardizing, and overseeing project cost, schedule, and performance measures
- Experience managing, coordinating, and facilitating a team's efforts effectively and efficiently in multiple contract environments (i.e., Time and Material, Firm Fixed Price)
- Excellent time management skills with keen attention to detail
- High level of personal integrity, ethics, motivation, and ability to foster mutual respect and inclusion

You’ll be responsible for taking TikTok Shop from ~$25K/month in evergreen revenue to ~$100K/month and building a repeatable system that continues to scale. You’ll manage creator affiliates, shop execution, and performance optimization while partnering closely with Paid Media, Creative, and E-commerce. This role is ideal for someone who lives inside TikTok Shop, understands creator incentives, and knows how to turn content into consistent revenue. What You’ll Own TikTok Shop Growth & Performance - Own day-to-day TikTok Shop execution, optimization, and results. - Scale TikTok Shop from ~$25K/month to ~$100K/month in evergreen revenue within 12 months. - Manage performance against CPA, ROAS, and payback targets. - Execute assortment strategy, pricing, promotions, seeding, reviews, and livestream support. - Monitor shop health, fulfillment issues, refunds, and customer experience signals.
