Job Description

Director, Field Marketing

NTT Global Data Centers

• Leads the development and execution of field marketing programs and campaigns in the AMER region • Works closely with the Global Marketing teams to assist with the development and execution of global marketing activities in line with business objectives and revenue targets • Owns the marketing activity in AMER and performs the readiness planning that ensures that all stakeholders understand the campaign mechanisms, timing, requirements and metrics • Works closely with relevant stakeholders to assist with the tracking and measurement of the success of these field marketing programs • Leads the execution of programs, events, specific collateral and other sales and marketing aids that generate new opportunities and/or close sales deals • Creates, coordinates and delivers content ideas, marketing tools and materials in support of our regional AMER field marketing efforts • Works closely with the other GDC Marketing functions, such as Global Campaigns (Digital), Global Communications (PR), and Global Experience Marketing to execute global campaigns within the AMER region • Engages in and assists with the facilitation of sales enablement activities that create alignment between sales, marketing, product and key partners • Owns the relationship with outside agencies, when needed, to coordinate campaign and event execution • Collaborates with the Sales teams to ensure that sales enablement components feature prominently in all relevant communications • Creates and / or coordinates programs that contribute to partner marketing activities within the larger NTT DATA Marketing org • Leads the development of marketing collateral that enables sales and generates interest • Responsible for creating the yearly AMER field marketing plan • Responsible for creating the AMER FY Budget plans and maintaining the spend throughout the FY • Responsible for creating and maintaining additional approved budgets and spending • Responsible for quarterly reporting on field marketing metrics • Perform any other related task as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or related field
  • 10+ Years of experience, professional expertise acquired, or relevant work
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Director
  • Seasoned hands-on experience coordinating events and field marketing campaigns
  • Seasoned hands-on experience with a wide variety of computer software, hardware, and peripherals, including Microsoft365
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant Data Center industry standards
