Revenue Operations Lead

• Serve as the CRM Administrator, acting as the main point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams; build & execute company-wide training on CRM procedures. • Lead CRM module implementations, including project management for future expansion into areas such as Service Hub, Ticket Management, Inventory, and Accounting • Own the end-to-end reporting function, identifying stakeholder needs and creating actionable reports for Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive teams. • Build comprehensive revenue and forecasting reports, tying revenue back to end-users and purchase channels; incorporate proprietary data to show both received and projected revenue; design & implement notification protocols based upon data trends. • Serve as key member of the Operations Center of Excellence, establishing, modeling, and implementing best practices across the organization. • Partner with Executive team on a regular basis for specialized reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) design, implementation, and optimization, with the ability to train cross-functional teams and promote adoption of best-practices. (3+ years experience as CRM administrator preferred)
  • Strong expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel features; someone who employs a forward-thinking mindset towards data structure/tagging with scalable reporting and dashboards as the end-goal.
  • Broad fluency in go-to-market and operational functions: including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Operations - paired with a solid understanding of finance terminology, accounting principles, and revenue analysis.
  • Proven ability to derive meaningful insights from lead, pipeline, and revenue data; someone who understands market buying cycles, budget constraints, and key-decision-maker (KDM) behaviors within the education sector.
  • Deep knowledge of data integrity, data hygiene, compliance, and security standards (FERPA for K–12/Higher Ed, GDPR), with attention to detail and process accuracy.
  • Recognized as a clear communicator, strategic thinker, and proactive problem-solver; someone who is adaptable, trustworthy, effective at championing initiatives, and enjoys guiding stakeholders through change.
