About the team Stripe’s GTM Planning & Central Operations team partners with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, Local Sales Strategy and Operations, and Data Engineering to build operational processes, tools, policies, and data required to bring our GTM strategy to life. We bring expertise, rigorous thinking, and a user-first approach to problem solving. We transform, improve and support global Stripe business processes to drive critical initiatives and other cross-functional business priorities for the sales planning cycle. What you’ll do You will partner with GTM leadership & operations to build out and manage the process for account list creation requests. Account list creation is a critical tool for GTM to feed the sales funnel, and target sales efforts improving overall sales effectiveness. Responsibilities - Create a scalable process for intaking and building account lists for GTM to support targeted sales efforts - Program manage Account list creation process for GTM to support the team in targeted sales efforts - Program manage initiatives to create new data signals or intelligence with our Data Eng and GTM teams - Be an account data expert helping to guide GTM on what data attributes to use when building account lists - Create Account lists for GTM stakeholders based on clear list requirements leveraging multiple data sets - Partner with our SaaS Platform team to continuously feed the top of funnel with new Platform lists Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Requirements - Minimum 5 years experience in Consulting, Sales Ops, Strategy Ops, Business Ops or Marketing Ops or Business Analytics - Able to own the problem, investigate its root causes and ensure execution. - Can work across multiple stakeholders and elevate for leadership - Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems. - Works well with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment. - Proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company - Prior experience in the SaaS and/or payments industry - Experience leveraging AI to build out process or tooling

The Opportunity IntellaQuest is bringing in our first RevOps professional to serve as the strategic backbone of our GTM engine. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you'll architect and execute the systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable revenue growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. As a player-coach reporting directly to the C-suite, you'll work autonomously to build RevOps from the ground up - establishing the infrastructure, tooling, and operational rigor needed to scale. This is the ideal role for someone who thrives in 0-to-1 environments and wants ownership over the entire revenue engine without the overhead of tech debt. Role Description The Team Lead is responsible for providing support and subject matter expertise to the HEALTHCARE first outsourced billing team. This position is responsible for managing the results and customer relationship. Revenue Operations Analyst – Planning & Forecasting

• Serve as a key member of the Revenue Operations team, supporting standardization of planning, forecasting, and performance measurements across the GTM organization. • Own the consolidated GTM forecasts across brands, segments, and motions, including monthly, quarterly, and annual views. • Manage GTM forecasting and performance cadences, including weekly forecasts, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs). • Analyze forecast performance and accuracy, pressure-testing assumptions through historical trends, prior-year comparisons, scenario analysis, and sensitivity modeling to identify risks, gaps, and confidence levels. • Partner with Finance to align bookings forecasts with revenue expectations and understand downstream impacts on budget, expense planning, and overall financial outlook. • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budget planning by building and maintaining models that inform bookings targets, capacity assumptions, productivity expectations, and scenario-based tradeoffs. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Operations to consolidate performance inputs, validate assumptions, and surface key drivers impacting results. • Develop executive-ready narratives, presentations, and analytics that synthesize complex data into clear insights, risks, and decision points. • Identify gaps in data, process, or inputs and recommend improvements to enhance forecast accuracy, scalability, and GTM alignment.
