School Operations Admin Assistant, Contractor

• Provide administrative support to all operations tasks within the school • Support school marketing efforts on social media and in the community • Provide community outreach opportunities for current families and to help grow the school • Monitor student attendance and upkeep of student records • Assist in state reporting and compliance efforts • Perform general office administration and clerical duties • Complete assigned project tasks to achieve project goals including oversite of state assessment logistics • Provide systems support to school operations teams • Assist with preparation of presentations, as needed • Update K12 internal audit tools regularly • Work collaboratively with all applicable school parties
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR Three (3) years of related experience
- Excel/technology skills, including but not limited to V-LookUp, pivot tables, formulas and Access data bases
- Microsoft 365 proficiencies
- Meeting planning experience
- Strong, proven writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work and coordinate with numerous people inside and outside the company
- Ability to travel 15% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check

• In partnership with account managers and Region Client Operations Leads, have critical conversations with clients about timing and expectations for problem resolution and what requests we are not able to meet. • Partner with senior account management leaders and regional leadership to maintain client priorities. • Break ties for prioritization when there are multiple demands for work to maintain client satisfaction. • Prioritize client issues to maximize business success balanced with client and member satisfaction. • Support new client and program implementations. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of efforts and coordination to drive outcomes and effective client communication. • Reconciliation efforts to ensure all client deliverables meet or exceed SOW requirements. • Oversee client meeting documentation: data entry, meeting minutes, action items in support of Client Success Managers and Executives. • Oversight of the client direct mail campaigns. • Monitor success and serve our clients through managing and the completion of several ad-hoc reporting projects. • Quality assurance for reports and deliverables; report manipulation based on client requirements. • Forecast and communicate updates and escalations with internal stakeholders in support of client programs. • Ticket submission and tracking for client requests directly related to the success of the program. • Manage process for internal tracking, documentation, and client response formulation for member grievances. • Backup support and account coverage in the absence of the Client Success Executive or Manager to ensure an internal resource is available at all times.
• Performs a variety of ATM Operations duties that require the ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with good critical thinking skills, accuracy, and diligence • Responsible for monitoring and processing all ATM transactions related to Deposit Operations of the Bank as well as providing support to our lines of business • Provide advanced support for ATM hardware and software, ensuring continuous and reliable operation • Assist in overseeing the resolution of ATM outages, software/hardware failures, and service disruptions, ensuring timely and effective incident response • Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for ATM hardware and software to minimize downtime and extend equipment life • Liaise with ATM vendors and service providers to escalate issues, coordinate repairs, and manage software/hardware upgrades • Manage ATM software deployments, configuration changes, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements • Conduct thorough investigations of recurring ATM issues, document findings, and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences • Maintain accurate records of support activities, incidents, maintenance schedules, and system changes • Act as a point of contact for ATM-related technical queries from branch staff, operations teams, and other departments • Identify opportunities to improve ATM support processes, enhance system reliability, and reduce operational costs • Participate in projects as assigned by Operations Management, supporting strategic initiatives, installs, removals, and process improvements • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies • Responsible for cash ordering and balancing/reconciliation of ATM network • Manage and ensure business continuity/disaster recovery plans are maintained and tested.
