• Organizes, leads, controls, and coordinates the delivery of services in insurance tracking outsourcing. • Manages several mortgage clients and units and provides leadership to associates. • Oversees cash and cash follow-up functions related to disbursement insurance premium and claim payments. • Provides input on staffing, budget analysis, process improvement initiatives, and manages productivity expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Strong background in financial oversight of cash.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business) or 4 years of insurance operations management experience
  • Three years management experience
  • Computer knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
