Mobile Mortgage Advisor Assistant – Full-time, 12-month contract

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $92,490 to $127,200, determined by various factors including skills, experience, and geographic location. Equipment Finance: Managing Director, Sr. Business Development Officer

Role Description The Equipment Finance Business Development Officer works in a dynamic environment alongside Operations, Asset Management, and Management colleagues to originate loan and lease production. Once originated, this candidate will also manage the portfolio of loans and leases originated. This role will require utilizing an existing rolodex of centers of influence to generate new equipment finance opportunities across the United States. You can effectively perform all work activities remotely and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis. How You'll Succeed - New Business Development by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new client relationships across Middle Market, Mid-Corporate, and/or Large Corporate clients with a focus on obtaining new relationships not covered by existing CIBC Bank USA banking colleagues. - Win and nurture client relationships by initiating outbound calls, on-site presentations, and attendance at industry events. - Gather initial credit package information for evaluation and act as client liaison through credit negotiation and execution. - Lead deal structuring, pricing, and credit negotiation. - Effectively manage existing commercial loan/lease relationships and cross-sell other bank products and services. - Learn the credit culture of CIBC Bank USA in order to present appropriate credits for approval. - Maintain Salesforce pipeline and client/prospect records. - Participate in review and customer contact for underperforming loans and equipment leases with the objective of obtaining payments or preparing assets for sale. - Engage with asset management and operations in the execution and original transactions as well as ongoing portfolio maintenance.
