The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in market/people leadership and strategic planning. - Lead and support market sales teams in your region, setting clear performance expectations and providing coaching and feedback. - Analyze market conditions and collaborate with leadership to develop regional strategies for growth. - Work with internal teams on go-to-market strategies, sales, and promotions. - Take responsibility for new market launches, including hiring and execution. - Foster collaboration and a strong team culture through regular communication. - Hold the team accountable for all measured and assigned metrics. - Partner with internal team members on go-to-market strategies, sales, and promotions. - Hire, onboard, and develop a team of driven salespeople equipped to meet market goals. Qualifications - 5-7+ years of sales leadership experience with outside sales teams. - College degree or equivalent professional experience. - Automotive industry experience, preferably selling SaaS platforms into dealerships. - Ability to travel 75% of the time within the designated market. - Proven ability to analyze data, identify market trends, changes and implications, develop objectives, and strategies. - Strong follow-through and determination to close deals. - Proven ability to lead teams, grow markets and drive to meet/exceed sales targets. - Clear communication and contagious motivational leadership style. Requirements - Familiarity with Salesforce, DOMO, Slack, & Google Suite. - Experience in selling SaaS-based solutions in a B2B environment.
