Senior IT Project Manager

Coretek is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Sr. Project Manager to support our clients across multiple verticals. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting delivery quality and oversight for critically important internal and customer facing projects. The Project Manager will support our Managed Services Onboarding process. The successful candidate will either work from the Coretek Office, remotely or on client site based on customer requirements. Up to 10% travel could be required. To support our mission of “Customer Success, No Exceptions” Project Managers are an integral and vital part of achieving our Mission. Job Requirements

  • As a Project Manager, you will:
  • Own Successful Project Delivery of Assigned Projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for both customer/external and Coretek resources
  • Hold customer, external, and Coretek resources accountable to their projects commitments and escalate to Customer and Coretek management as needed when project success is at risk
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track financial and schedule progress by project phase
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • EstabCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Provide the appropriate level of Executive and Project Team level Status Reporting
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • REQUIREMENTS**
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Project Management
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project, Smartsheet or similar project management tools
  • Developing and Tracking Project Financials
  • Process Improvement
  • Performance Management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly recommended
  • Experience managing projects via Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Scrum Master (SSM) certified is a plus
  • Experience managing Infrastructure Projects, especially Azure is a plus
  • Experience with managing projects in a Managed Services environment preferred

As a Enterprise Project Manager, you’ll partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to execute against custom Statements of Work and drive platform adoption. What You’ll Do: - Lead the full project lifecycle for complex professional services engagements, from project kickoff and discovery through to final delivery and transition. - Facilitate design workshops and develop comprehensive project documentation, including detailed Gantt schedules, resource allocation models, and Change Management strategies. - Partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to execute against custom Statements of Work (SOWs). - Act as the "delivery expert" during the pre-sales phase, assisting Sales and Customer Success in scoping engagements, validating timelines, and ensuring a seamless handoff to delivery. - Rigorously manage project margins, billable utilization, and scope. Proactively identify and manage "scope creep" through formal change control processes. - Serve as the primary point of escalation and reporting; provide internal and external stakeholders with transparent updates on milestones, budget burn, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, billable services delivery within a SaaS or consulting environment. - Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $100k+, with a focus on high-stakes enterprise implementations. - Advanced skills in managing Gantt-based schedules, resource forecasting, and RAID log maintenance. Experience with web/mobile documentation management or construction-tech platforms is highly preferred. - Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders through data-driven insights. - Experience within the Construction, Engineering, or Financial SaaS industries is a significant plus. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value. - PMP and/or CAPM certification is strongly preferred. - Ability to travel up to 30–40% for client on-sites and internal strategy sessions.
