• Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Own Jira hygiene so work, priorities, and status are always clear • Help prepare upcoming sprints and surface under-defined or risky work early • Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and share clear updates • Surface blockers and delivery risks before they become problems • Help coordinate releases, sprint close-out, and internal release communication • Work with Product and stakeholders to clarify requirements, and with engineers to document and keep technical requirements current as development evolves • Help improve and document delivery processes over time • Use AI tools thoughtfully to support documentation, analysis, and communication, while owning accuracy and quality

• Conduct mechanical design and analysis activities, including 3D modeling, prototyping, component selection and validation, and design for manufacturing/assembly (DFx), to make sure designs are strong and optimized. • Work closely with supplier(s) to develop and specify engineering components, following the size constraints of the industrial design CAD models, for new product development. • Partner with suppliers, our internal Quality Engineering team, and US-based teams (Product, Customer Support, etc) to resolve technical issues, implement design improvements, and improve manufacturability. • Oversee the manufacturing process, work with internal teams and external suppliers to make sure production is efficient and products are delivered on time to Caraway’s high quality standards. • Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and efficiency. • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring vendors and internal team members stay aligned to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, with clear and proactive communication throughout the process. • Support supplier sourcing and selection by evaluating vendors from a technical perspective and ensuring they can meet Caraway’s requirements. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical design and manufacturing.

Join BKF Engineers as a Senior Project Surveyor BKF Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to join our team! This role focuses on leading survey project delivery, coordinating staff, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Senior Project Surveyor makes decisions on technical elements, mentors junior team members, and identifies opportunities for additional services. They may assist with proposals, attend project meetings, and support client coordination. The role also contributes to business development by promoting BKF’s services and identifying new project opportunities. Responsibilities include and not limited to: - Preparing construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files - Creating mapping deliverables including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptions - Post-processing field data collected via total station, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systems - Building 3D models of sites and structures for owners, architects, engineers, and contractors - Travel to various job sites and offices may be required

Role Description Au sein de l'USID et de l'antenne de Rochefort, le titulaire du poste a principalement la charge de conduire les travaux liés aux opérations de maintenance et/ou d'amélioration des infrastructures dans tous les domaines du bâtiment. - Conçoit, coordonne et suit les travaux de maintenance jusqu’à la réception des travaux. - Peut être chargé de missions de contrôle ou de surveillance des installations. - Participe à la rédaction de contrats de maintenance et au suivi des opérations de maintien en condition des infrastructures. - Assure la remontée d’information concernant les consommations de crédits liés aux contrats de maintenance ou marchés d’entretien. - Met en œuvre la procédure de réalisation de contrats ne nécessitant pas une procédure formalisée (procédures simplifiées, bons de commande…). - Peut être chargé de la maîtrise d’œuvre d’une opération d'investissement confiée par la section travaux de l'USID de ROCHEFORT. - Étudie la faisabilité des demandes de travaux exprimées par les organismes bénéficiaires. Qualifications - Titulaire catégorie B ou détenteur d'un bac+2. - Expérience en BTP/infrastructure, particulièrement en maintenance. - Rigueur, organisation et goût du travail en équipe.
