Job Requirements

- Ability to speak the language of engineers and business stakeholders alike.
- Comfortable chasing down answers and holding people accountable to deadlines.

Join BKF Engineers as a Senior Project Surveyor BKF Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to join our team! This role focuses on leading survey project delivery, coordinating staff, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Senior Project Surveyor makes decisions on technical elements, mentors junior team members, and identifies opportunities for additional services. They may assist with proposals, attend project meetings, and support client coordination. The role also contributes to business development by promoting BKF’s services and identifying new project opportunities. Role Description Au sein de l'USID et de l'antenne de Rochefort, le titulaire du poste a principalement la charge de conduire les travaux liés aux opérations de maintenance et/ou d'amélioration des infrastructures dans tous les domaines du bâtiment. - Conçoit, coordonne et suit les travaux de maintenance jusqu’à la réception des travaux. - Peut être chargé de missions de contrôle ou de surveillance des installations. - Participe à la rédaction de contrats de maintenance et au suivi des opérations de maintien en condition des infrastructures. - Assure la remontée d’information concernant les consommations de crédits liés aux contrats de maintenance ou marchés d’entretien. - Met en œuvre la procédure de réalisation de contrats ne nécessitant pas une procédure formalisée (procédures simplifiées, bons de commande…). - Peut être chargé de la maîtrise d’œuvre d’une opération d'investissement confiée par la section travaux de l'USID de ROCHEFORT. - Étudie la faisabilité des demandes de travaux exprimées par les organismes bénéficiaires.
