Role Description The Marketing team is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist role. This will support execution of growth-focused marketing programs across Federal and SLED markets (State, City, County, Higher Education, K-12). Drive pipeline development, partner engagement, and measurable revenue impact. - Execute demand generation campaigns aligned to Public Sector sales priorities. - Support integrated programs targeting DoD, Civilian, Intel and SLED accounts. - Coordinate field events, webinars, digital campaigns, and partner activities. Manage quarterly SLED webinar program. - Collaborate with channel and alliance teams to align MDF and co-marketing efforts. - Track leads, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI using Salesforce and marketing automation tools. - Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and event logistics. - Work in cross-functional environments with operations and other marketing teams. Qualifications - 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably supporting Public Sector or field marketing. - Working knowledge of Federal and SLED sales environments. - Experience with campaign execution, events, and digital marketing. - Familiarity with ON24, Marketo and Salesforce preferred. - Strong project management and data-driven mindset. - Growth-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable. - Some travel required.
