SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (master’s degree preferred). - Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience. - Proven experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role. - Strong knowledge of financial management principles, SaaS financial models, GAAP, and tax regulations. - Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Experience in the SaaS industry preferred. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in cash management and a strong understanding of business risks. - Experience with financial software such as Sage Intacct preferred.
