Job Description

Manager, SAP Financial Systems

• Work with a broad multi-disciplined user base to support system change requirements, develop functional specifications and ensure project execution • Act in a functional capacity with the expectation of supporting Business Processes in conjunction with system requirements for multiple areas of SAP • Provide expertise and delivery for the Finance functional life cycle phases • Ensure solutions meet customer needs as well as Service Level Agreements and consider compliance requirements for Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Sarbanes/Oxley • Responsible for measuring deliverables, ad-hoc projects, providing guidance and communication with multiple levels within the organization • Prepare functional requirement specifications • Deliver hands-on day to day SAP production support

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, (STEM) or related field with 8 years of experience.
  • Experience with the IT life cycle: Requirements/Analysis, Design, Specification, Code/Configuration, Development Testing, Change Management, Sustain, and Optimize with demonstrated solutions design expertise in financial areas
  • In-depth, hands-on experience in SAP across the following financial disciplines, Financial Accounting (FI), Cost Accounting (CO), Project Systems (PS), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills to solve complex programs and add input within a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards, Federal Acquisition Regulations, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & Sarbanes Oxley

The Financial Analyst analyzes, reports, and projects financial data to manage ongoing operations and drive strategic initiatives at Employbridge. The role collaborates with leaders from finance, administration, and field operations and is responsible for financial analysis, projections, and reporting as part of business cases, operational reviews, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, process improvements, and monthly KPIs.
