Mid-Level FP&A Analyst

• Prepare and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning • Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends, providing clear insights and recommendations • Support cash flow forecasting, including tracking purchases and updating assumptions regularly • Partner with accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts • Review financial data with a strong attention to detail, leveraging prior auditing and accounting experience • Assist with month-end and quarterly financial reviews • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with accuracy • Contribute to the development of processes, tools, and reporting to support a growing finance team • Over time, help support and mentor junior team members as the team expands
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of overall professional experience
- 2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial statements
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and financial analysis
- Experience with accounting/financial systems such as QuickBooks and Xero, NetSuite and Intacct would be a plus
- Background in auditing is a strong plus
- Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with large data sets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Clear communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
