Role Description The Professional Recruiter will focus on direct hire business development and recruitment for Engineering, Accounting and Finance, General Business Services (HR, Sales and Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain), and other professional placements. This results-driven position will work within a team environment aligned to support the professional practice area on a national basis. You will be responsible for: - Establishing and maintaining key relationships with clients and candidates. - Providing strategic hiring planning, processes, and talent acquisition. - Building a pipeline and delivering top talent on a national basis. Compensation includes a generous draw with an industry leading commission plan. Qualifications - Sales experience (staffing highly preferred) including new account generation. - Full-desk, direct hire recruiting experience, preferably with an executive search agency. - Professional Placement experience, ideally in Engineering, Accounting and Finance, or General Business Services. - Proven ability to source and build a pipeline of talent with various tools and resources. - Ability to develop and manage professional relationships at every level in the organization. - Proven ability to sell, overcome objections, identify buying signals, and close the deal. - Experience in negotiating placement fees. - Strong communication skills both verbal and written. - Experience using Indeed, Leopards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zip, and other recruiting tools. - Experience with Bullhorn is a PLUS. Compensation The anticipated draw for this position is $65,000. This does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The Financial Analyst analyzes, reports, and projects financial data to manage ongoing operations and drive strategic initiatives at Employbridge. The role collaborates with leaders from finance, administration, and field operations and is responsible for financial analysis, projections, and reporting as part of business cases, operational reviews, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, process improvements, and monthly KPIs.
