• Key role in client-facing staff and day-to-day on client expectations. • Support high volume of tactical projects. • Provide support to Managing Director and Vice President, Client Services, to meet business needs. • Manage project financials by preparing and reporting accruals and overseeing invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely submission to the operations team.
Job Requirements
- Experience working closely with content, editorial, creative, and digital teams.
- Highly experienced in working with and managing many deliverables across multiple pharma clients and products.
- Complete understanding of the MLR submission process.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of market access consulting and communications principles and projects.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills to address challenges collaboratively within internal teams.
- Proactively resolve issues with clients.

• Own the full sales cycle—from hunting and closing new customers, building strong relationships, and expanding those accounts over time. • Strategically prospect and close net-new customers for Tag Inspector and corresponding managed services. • Clearly articulate the value of our SaaS solutions, tailoring presentations to each prospect's business needs. • Demonstrate strong business acumen while strategizing with customer executive stakeholders and departmental leaders. • Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline data in Salesforce, ensuring clear visibility into deal progress and reliable revenue forecasting. • Stay ahead of industry and competitive trends, surfacing feedback to Product Owners and Marketing.
