Role Description The Senior Manager of Implementation oversees the successful delivery of complex client onboarding and implementation initiatives. This role manages a team of implementation specialists and managers, ensures operational excellence, and partners closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs. The Senior Manager provides strategic direction, drives process improvements, and ensures that implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards.
