Manager, Revenue Cycle Analytics
NorthStar Anesthesia
• Oversight and management of Revenue Cycle Analytics necessary for reporting performance to all areas of the company. • Understand drivers of business performance for the Revenue Cycle unit, and proactively analyze complex data sets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers. • Effectively communicate with internal and client executive leaders (VP, C-suite) to describe performance, trends, risks, and opportunities. • Manages internal processes and system functionality to determine and communicate corrective action/process improvement. • Evaluate internal systems for inefficiencies and inaccuracies and support a data quality program to deliver resolutions and/or protocols for handling, processing and cleaning data. • Create an environment of continuous process improvement.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in a field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization (e.g., computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, or statistics), or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst
- 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated project and people management skills
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Ability to process and analyze data sets, interpreting them for making business decisions
- Experience with data management, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI is required.
