Channel Manager

RAM Software Solutions Inc

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new resellers, VARs, and system integrators across the USA and Canada • Develop a targeted prospecting strategy focused on healthcare IT, radiology, and medical imaging verticals • Drive RamSoft presence at regional industry events and through outbound outreach • Manage the full partner onboarding process including agreements, training, and go-to-market planning • Manage relationships with existing North American channel partners to drive revenue growth and renewal • Conduct regular business reviews and pipeline calls with assigned partners • Coordinate with technical enablement to ensure partners are trained and certified on PowerServer and OmegaAI • Support partners through the sales cycle, including demo coordination, pricing guidance, and proposal support • Escalate partner issues appropriately and act as an internal advocate for partner needs • Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner pipeline records in HubSpot CRM • Provide regular channel performance updates and partner activity reports to the Director of Indirect Channel Sales • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR against targets

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales within medical imaging or radiology IT (PACS, RIS, VNA, or diagnostic imaging software)
  • Demonstrated ability to both recruit new partners and manage existing partner relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen — comfortable with subscription licensing models, ARR deal structuring, and partner economics
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a clinical or technical imaging audience
  • Self-directed and capable of operating in a remote, globally distributed team
  • Direct experience with PACS, RIS, VNA, or AI diagnostic imaging platforms in a sales or channel capacity (preferred)
  • Established network within the US or Canadian radiology or imaging IT community (preferred)
  • Familiarity with subscription and renewal-based partner economics including ARR and MRR (preferred)
  • French language skills (an asset for Canadian market coverage) (preferred)
  • Healthcare IT channel experience will be considered where imaging IT experience is not held (preferred).
