Role Description We are hiring a Marketing Programs Manager to execute marketing initiatives across content, events, and campaigns. Responsibilities - Campaign and Program Execution - Build and run marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels. - Create landing pages and workflows in HubSpot and Wordpress. - Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate deadlines among stakeholders. - Track performance and provide reporting on engagement and pipeline impact. - Assist partnership marketing initiatives. - Events - Research conferences based on audience fit and expected value. - Coordinate registration, logistics, and confirmations. - Launch event landing pages and follow up campaigns. - Partner with Sales on outreach and follow through. - Track event performance and results. - Content Operations - Proofread and prepare content for publishing. - Schedule and publish social and email content. - Assist with AI supported content drafting and editing. - Manage press releases and award submissions. - Create lightweight supporting assets such as slides, simple graphics, and short video edits. How You Will Work - Own execution and follow through on marketing programs. - Balance speed with organization and accuracy. - Use AI tools daily to improve output quality and efficiency - beyond chat, utilize AI to build repeatable processes, live dashboards, and actionable insights. - Build repeatable workflows rather than one off efforts. - Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership. What Success Looks Like in the First Six Months - Understanding of our industry, market, and target buyers. - Campaigns launch consistently and on schedule. - Events produce measurable pipeline activity. - Marketing calendar is proactive, organized, and predictable. - Published content is impactful with no spelling or grammatical errors. - Ownership of role, including utilizing tools (such as AI) to efficiently manage tasks. General Description: The Director, US Brand Strategy reports directly to the US Brand Lead and serves as a key member of the US Brand Leadership Team. In addition, this leader serves as a strategic architect for high-priority, ad hoc initiatives—assessing business needs, developing structured project plans, and driving cross-functional execution in response to emerging opportunities, competitive dynamics, or leadership priorities.
