Role Description A growing, professionally managed vacation rental platform operating in premier U.S. resort destinations is seeking a highly analytical, technology-forward Revenue Manager to lead pricing strategy, demand optimization, and revenue performance across a multi-market portfolio of luxury and upper-upscale homes. This role is responsible for maximizing Gross Booking Value (GBV), Net Accommodation Revenue (NAR), and owner returns through strategic rate management, channel optimization, AI-driven pricing, and advanced automation. The Revenue Manager will own the company’s dynamic pricing infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on full-system optimization within Wheelhouse, and will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Distribution, Operations, and Owner Relations to drive portfolio-wide performance and measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines deep vacation rental expertise with advanced knowledge of Guesty, Wheelhouse strategy configuration, AI-enabled pricing systems, and Airbnb optimization.
