BIM Program Manager
Cushman & Wakefield
• Own and govern Revit template frameworks, controlled content libraries, shared parameters, and naming conventions. • Maintain structured version control for templates, content updates, and documentation release notes. • Define and manage BIM quality standards, model structure requirements, and drawing taxonomy conventions. • Conduct or support model health checks—automated and manual—for compliance, completeness, and constructability. • Define BIM conformance checkpoints at SD, DD, and CD stages within the program playbook. • Maintain discipline specific checklists, jurisdictional readiness criteria, and documentation requirements. • Administer and organize content within the CDE (e.g., SharePoint, Autodesk ACC, Ingenious, or equivalent). • Support analytics related to modeling quality, compliance, and design health. • Coordinate with technology, QA/QC, and design teams to support consistent adoption of digital standards. • Contribute to continuous improvement of digital design standards, tools, and workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field
- 7+ years hands‑on BIM experience, including Revit production and standards development
- Proven experience managing BIM templates, standards, and QC processes at a program or enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of design documentation workflows and multi‑disciplinary coordination
- Experience with Common Data Environments and digital collaboration platforms
- Experience using analytics or model validation tools preferred (e.g., Power BI, Dynamo)
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
