Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist

• Serve as the voice of Galileo, bringing the camper experience to life for families. • Utilize Salesforce, Talkdesk, Google Suite, and other essential office tools. • Efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of inquiries via email and phone. • Act as the primary point of contact for both direct customer inquiries and partnership-based enrollments. • Accurately process a high volume of enrollments, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. • Proactively collaborate with external partnerships. • Take ownership of assigned Customer Service projects.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced in a customer service or data entry role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with a professional, enthusiastic, and warm presence.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not required).

Department Summary The Center for Anatomical Sciences at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is located in the prestigious Cultural District of Fort Worth, TX. Our mission is to offer exceptional educational activities and to advance research in the anatomical sciences and allied fields. Research strengths in the Center for Anatomical Sciences include biological anthropology, evolutionary biology, forensic sciences, biomechanics/functional morphology, and histology. The Center encompasses 8,000-square-feet of anatomy laboratories that support anatomical education, research, and outreach. The Center also houses dedicated research laboratories equipped for medical imaging analysis/morphometrics, forensic anthropology, thermoregulatory studies (environmental chamber), histology, and paleontological fossil preparation. Center for Anatomical Sciences teaches dissection and prosection-based anatomy courses to Medical, Physical Therapy, Physician’s Assistant, and Master of Medical Science students. The Center is also home to the Structural Anatomy and Rehabilitation Sciences (STARS) PhD program that prepares graduate students to join the workforce as researchers and anatomy educators. Position Overview The Donation Coordinator provides remote support for the donated body program during overnight hours. This role involves answering incoming calls, guiding callers through donation procedures, and collecting and documenting necessary information according to established protocols. The Donation Coordinator will verify eligibility for the program, assist families with completing required paperwork, coordinate and dispatch transportation teams, and ensure all calls and actions are accurately logged and communicated for follow-up. This role is often the first point of contact for families, healthcare providers, and facilities during sensitive moments. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Ability to communicate both orally and written. - Proficient with Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in healthcare, hospice, funeral services, anatomical or medical donation programs, or related fields. - Computer skills for data entry, call logging, and communication. - Experience handling sensitive or emotional situations with professionalism and empathy.
