The Difference You Will Make: - The Destinations team is responsible for how travelers discover, understand, and connect with places on Airbnb. - We're building the data foundations and product experiences that help guests feel confident about where to go, where to stay, and what to do — across every stage of their journey. - We are seeking an exceptional product manager to help build the next generation of destination experiences at Airbnb. - You will own product features that bring destinations to life for guests — helping them understand locations through rich, structured content drawn from our community and beyond. - You'll shape how host and guest insights become scalable destination content, and how we combine proprietary and external data into experiences that build confidence and inspire travel. - You will define and drive the roadmap for your areas, partnering closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to go from concept through launch. - You'll collaborate across Airbnb's guest and host teams to ensure destination content connects seamlessly across the product. - And you'll help develop the external narrative for new features, working with marketing and communications to bring them to market. - This is a foundational role at the center of one of Airbnb's most important priorities. - The depth and quality of our destination data and experiences will underpin the company's broader product ambitions for years to come.
