Product Manager

• Act as the product owner on a domain specific cross-functional team made up of a customer success enablement partner, product designer and engineers. • Lead discovery with providers, clinical leaders, and other external and internal stakeholders to understand how outcomes data informs high-stakes decisions. • Translate research and insights into clear business problem statements, hypotheses, and product bets. • Partner with design and engineering to deliver product bets that make outcomes data actionable and trustworthy. • Work closely with Data, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure insights align with real operational and reimbursement needs. • Define and measure the success of aligned business problems. • Balance experimentation with structured delivery to bring validated ideas to production.

Job Requirements

  • Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or data-driven products.
  • Strong product discovery skills and comfort leading ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Experience turning insights into clear product bets and executed roadmap work.
  • Ability to collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver impactful features.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to connect product work to business and clinical impact.
  • Bonus: Experience with healthcare analytics, AI, the ABA field, outcomes measurement, or clinical data platforms.
