This role is ideal for a product generalist who enjoys navigating complex, ambiguous problems and partnering across disciplines to turn ideas into working systems. Our care model blends virtual and in-home care to support vulnerable children with chronic conditions. You will help build the tools and workflows that power that model. - Own ambiguous problem spaces - Identify opportunities to improve patient engagement, care delivery, and operational efficiency. - Frame complex problems by synthesizing input from clinical teams, data, operations, and leadership. - Translate open-ended challenges into clear product opportunities. - Drive product discovery and execution - Lead the full product lifecycle using a build–measure–learn approach. - Conduct discovery to understand user needs and operational constraints. - Define product strategy, scope solutions, and deliver iterative improvements. - Partner cross-functionally - Work closely with engineering, clinical leaders, care teams, data, and operations to design solutions that work in the real world. - Align stakeholders across disciplines and navigate tradeoffs between product, clinical workflows, and operational capacity. - Deliver meaningful outcomes - Launch products and features that improve care access, engagement, and quality of care. - Define success metrics and evaluate impact on both patient outcomes and care team operations. - Develop domain expertise - Become an expert in pediatric virtual and in-home care delivery. - Stay informed on innovations in digital health, care management, and technology-enabled care models. Qualifications - 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in healthcare or care delivery environments. - Experience owning products from discovery through launch and iteration. - Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop pragmatic solutions. - Proven track record of driving cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operational teams. - Comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments where priorities evolve. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
