Program Manager, Contracts & Analytics

• Build and maintain contracting workflows within Ironclad, with a focus on accelerating the Institutional Sales contract pipeline. • Lead project management of large, cross-functional contracts-focused initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within scope. • Support integration planning and execution between CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, Evisort) and other core business systems (e.g., Salesforce), specifically to streamline the institutional contracting process. • Develop and manage a comprehensive contracts reporting framework, including data extraction, metadata integrity, and building data models to maintain the system of record for all agreements. • Partner with Institutional Sales to surface contract insights and analytics from their client agreements.

Job Requirements

  • 5 - 7+ years proven program or project management experience, preferably within Legal Operations or a related field.
  • Direct experience supporting a fast-paced Institutional Sales or similar B2B client-facing team, with a deep understanding of their contracting needs and priorities.
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, specifically Ironclad.
  • Strong working knowledge of legal technology, including AI tooling for contract review and data extraction and analytics (e.g., Evisort).
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with data management, reporting, and building data models for contracts or other structured business data.

Role Description The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our organization as a Senior Program Manager, Island Support within the Center for Advancing Healthy Communities (CAHC) to manage two Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)-funded projects that are being implemented in partnership with the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials. The populations of the U.S. Territories and Freely Associated States (T/FAS) face disproportionate health challenges, especially from chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease. To address this, the first project – Expanding the Non-Communicable Disease Collaborative in the Islands – provides data-driven, regionally tailored training, technical assistance, and strategic planning support to strengthen prevention, care, and partnerships across T/FAS while fostering peer learning and enhancing strategic plans. The second project – Diabetes Technical Assistance for Island Territories and Freely Associated States – provides culturally relevant, region-specific technical assistance to support CDC DP25-0024 recipients implement evidence-based diabetes prevention and management programs and strategies. Under the direction of the Associate Director for Diabetes Portfolio, this position will guide planning and implementation of project-related activities, coordinate project teams, develop and sustain relationships with partners, and manage day-to-day operations across all projects. The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with the project team, comprised of NACDD staff, subject matter experts, and other vendors. This position may also support other projects, as needed. - This position is grant-funded, with funding secured through July 31, 2026. Continuation of the position beyond this date is contingent upon the availability of continued grant funding, which the organization is committed to actively pursuing. - Applicants must submit a cover letter detailing how their previous experience aligns with the requirements of this position.
