Recruiter
Culinesse, LLC
• Manage the entire hiring process for operations, professional, or culinary roles • Utilize LinkedIn, social media, and other creative techniques to attract passive and active candidates • Partner with hiring managers and field leadership to align hiring needs with business strategy • Engage candidates throughout the selection process • Ensure hiring processes meet company policies and legal standards • Provide guidance and support to all new hires during their Onboarding process by answering questions and ensuring they complete all new-hire paperwork.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-cycle, high-volume, corporate, or agency recruiting in a Food Service or Contract Dining Environment required
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- Strong sourcing skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ability to manage multiple, diverse requisitions
- Ability to build trust and credibility with hiring leaders across multiple locations
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and candidate tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal
- High sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- A passion for delivering a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
