• Oversee quote generation, sales order processing, proposal development, and the submission of customer-facing documentation • Lead RFx response efforts (RFI / RFQ / RFP) and develop thorough, well-organized proposal packages • Ensure CRM data integrity across pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and pricing frameworks • Administer and document commercial terms, including Incoterms, payment schedules, and warranty conditions • Partner with production, supply chain, logistics, and project management teams to align on manufacturing timelines and delivery targets • Track order backlog, demand forecasts, and safety stock positions while generating regular status reports • Proactively surface and mitigate operational risks — including scheduling shifts, inventory constraints, and site readiness — to keep deliveries on track • Oversee the preparation and distribution of invoices and all customer-facing billing records • Monitor AR aging buckets (30/60/90 days) and collaborate with Sales and Finance to drive timely collections • Ensure adherence to contractual payment terms and flag emerging financial risks before they escalate • Process credit memos, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate supporting financial documentation • Build and maintain accounts receivable reports and executive-level dashboards • Act as the primary operational bridge connecting U.S. Sales, global parent organization, manufacturing, finance, and customer support functions • Manage compliance documentation requirements for government-funded programs, including NEVI and Buy America Build America (BABA) • Develop and maintain recurring dashboards that reflect sales performance, order delivery status, AR health, and pipeline trends • Mine operational data to uncover inefficiencies and drive continuous process improvements • Stay current on EV market developments, competitive dynamics, and infrastructure funding programs • Facilitate customer-facing communications, coordinate delivery updates, and support preparation for client meetings • Maintain accurate records of warranty coverage and contractual commitments across the customer portfolio.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a closely related discipline
  • Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or AR/Billing roles within a manufacturing or B2B setting
  • Advanced Excel skills combined with working knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with a strong ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver results while collaborating across multiple departments and functions
  • Prior experience in the EV charging, energy, automotive, or hardware manufacturing sectors is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated background in accounts receivable management, encompassing billing operations, aging report analysis, and credit evaluation
  • Previous experience within a multinational organization or a track record of successfully coordinating with international counterparts
  • Bilingual capability is an advantage given the frequent collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones.
