• Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts • Prepare journal entries, account analyses, and reconciliations • Assist with monthly and year-end close processes • Review and organize accounting data to ensure accuracy and completeness • Reconcile payroll and related accounts • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Maintain documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury functions • Support internal audit activities • Contribute to annual operating budget preparation and financial projections • Respond to financial information requests and assist with audits • Ensure compliance with GAAP standards • Support the Accounting Manager with ad hoc financial tasks as needed • Meet established processing and reporting deadlines
