The Facility Manager is involved in all aspects of facility management for all client locations. Provides annual on-site assessments of existing restaurant facilities and equipment and delivers reports and scopes of work. Engages and manages contractors and service vendors to execute repair and maintenance projects and roll out support with minimal disruption to operations.
