We are currently hiring an Associate Partner Success Manager to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in our corporate location in Utah. With your broad strategic expertise, you will plan, develop, and implement highly effective sales, marketing and operational strategies, solutions, and initiatives to drive market share and sell-through for our clients. YOU ARE: A business-to-business focused professional with experience providing solutions to a variety of issues. You think outside the box and don’t shrink from crucial conversations. You are skilled at building impactful relationships with internal and external partners to help drive sales. You will support our retail partners in connecting to our web-based lease-to-own finance technology, which provides a fast, robust, and seamless customer experience for their customers, increasing their bottom line (and ours). YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: - Align sales resources for retail partners, including the recommendation of ordering of marketing materials (POP, etc.) - Execute rollout plans and activation plans for new retail partners - Coordinate the full onboarding process for new retail partners, including the distribution of welcome letters, updating retail partner information in Salesforce, application setup, ProgCentral setup and training, ordering of marketing materials (POP, etc.), and other related tasks required to enable the success of the retail partner - Investigate and troubleshoot escalated issues with lease transactions, funding, and credits for key retail partners - Report on retailer health, eCom potential, and compliance remediation to support sales teams in the field to better drive GMV performance YOU'LL BRING: - High school diploma, or equivalent, required - 3-5 years’ relevant professional experience - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Must have superior interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills - Moderate-level experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to make decisions independently by referencing standard operating procedures and previous experience, properly identifying when escalation to leadership is required WE OFFER: - Competitive Compensation + Bonus Potential - Full Health Benefits; Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance + Paid Parental Leave - Company Matched 401k - Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Paid Volunteer Time - Diversity Alliance Resource Groups - Employee Stock Purchase Program - Tuition Reimbursement - Charitable Gift Matching - Job Required Equipment & Services Will Be Provided Progressive Leasing welcomes and encourages diversity in the workplace.
