We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join Procore’s Technical Services Team. In this role, you’ll lead technical scoping and requirements gathering to design solutions around integrations and data migrations to ultimately bring success to our customers through our cloud based software. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you’ll partner with clients, prospects, partners, and our engineering team to analyze requirements, design solutions, and lead technical integration and data-migration efforts. This position reports into the Manager, Solutions Architect and will be based in our Austin, TX office or work remotely from the United States. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. What you’ll do: - Lead technical scoping and requirements gathering with clients, prospects, and partners. - Design and implement custom integrations & data migrations leveraging Procore's APIs. - Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOW), including requirements and pricing. - Project manage technical development efforts including requirements, design, testing, and delivery. - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams to align solutions with business outcomes. - Serve as a subject-matter expert for integrations with ERP/accounting systems. - Up to ~25% travel to clients sites or offices as needed. What we’re looking for: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/certifications. - 4 + years of client-facing technical experience. - Strong understanding of integration architectures, APIs, and development cycles. - Experience with professional services or consulting practices. - Excellent communicator for technical and business audiences. - Ability to manage software projects and collaborate cross-functionally. - Integration project experience. Role Description As a Solutions Engineer based at Central/East Coast regions at Nile, you will play a critical role in bridging product innovation and market success. Job Description About the Job: The Virtualization Specialist Solutions Architect plays an important role in providing deep technical sales support for the execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies related to OpenShift, as well as OpenStack, as an infrastructure platform on bare metal. As OpenShift penetrates further into the infrastructure space, you will be responsible for articulating how organizations can utilize this platform to their advantage in their search for operational efficiency, developer productivity and business continuity. Along with being able to articulate the value of the platform, you will bring deep technical expertise that enables you to design, implement and provide a path-to-production solution that will allow customers to see OpenShift as part of a proven solution that will meet their needs today, as well as into the future. Utilizing containers, virtualization and advanced networking, you will show application teams how to leverage the power of OpenShift or OpenStack as a modern infrastructure platform, enabling them go from plan-to-production on their on-prem assets - as well as migrate from legacy virtualization platforms that are limited in functionality, no longer technically relevant or cost-effective. You will need to be able to confidently articulate our value proposition to leadership, operations teams, and developers within the account.
